What's included

The scope, in detail.

A car park works when drivers know where to go, where they can’t, and where to stop. We deliver every visible element of that system: bay numbering, directional arrows, entry/exit signage, bollards at vulnerable corners, height bars at the inbound ramp, and convex mirrors at every blind turn.

Bay numbering & layout design
Directional arrow & flow systems
Entry / exit gantry signage
Height clearance bars
Convex mirrors at blind corners
Wheel stops on every bay
Disabled bay markings (AS 2890.6)
Space-availability sensors (optional)
Standards we work to

Built to Australian Standards.

Every parking management install we deliver references these standards. We hand them over in writing at sign-off.

Common questions

Parking Management, answered.

What's included in a 'full parking management' fit-out?

+

Typically: site survey, layout design, line marking, bay numbering, bollards at vulnerable spots, wheel stops, height bars at entry, directional signage, accessible bay marking and signage, convex mirrors at blind corners.

Do you install ticketing or pay systems?

+

We prepare the civil works for ticketing systems — bollards, signage, ducting, and any required line marking — and coordinate with your chosen ticket-system supplier (Wilson, Secure, Care Park, etc.) for the electronic install.

How many accessible bays does my car park need?

+

Per AS 2890.6: roughly 1 bay per 100 spaces for general parking. Higher ratios for healthcare and aged-care sites. We verify against your council DA at quote stage.

Can you redesign an existing car park for more bays?

+

Often yes — re-marking with optimised aisle widths and bay angles can recover 10–15% more bays without structural change. We measure, model, and quote the upside before any work starts.

What are convex mirrors and where do I need them?

+

600mm or 800mm domed mirrors that show drivers around blind corners — basement ramp exits, internal corners, pedestrian crossing approaches. They're cheap, simple, and prevent the most common car park incidents.

Do you handle the council DA for new car parks?

+

We prepare the line-marking and signage components to council DA specification, and supply documentation referencing the relevant AS standards. The DA itself is typically lodged by your project architect or town planner.
